Cordon Bleu (Multi-Cusine Restaurant) The Cordon Bleu, our multi-cusine restaurant serves you authentic local delicacies from the Vembanadu lake - 'Karimeen' Pollichathu, (fish wrapped in banana leaves straight from the pan) Prawns, Crabs, Oysters and a variety of products fresh from the lake. The spicy chicken - 'Kozhi Varautharachathu' and the 'Syrian Christian duck Roast' are the traditional local favourites. Exciting and innovative menus offer you the choicest North Indian, Chinese and Continental dishes as well.

The pre function area, the lake side lawn, the courtyard and the huge parking space allows the Convention Services staff to customize and supervise every event from start to finish.
