You can avail of a grand choice of suites, thirteen in all, each representing a particular theme. The Napoleon Suite is designed on a French theme while the Mayfair and the Windsor are designed on a British theme, then there is the Kashmiri, Haveli, Rajasthani and even a Chinese Suite. BUSINESS FACILITIES :
Holiday Inn Bombay has two banquet venues the Regency Hall and the Ebony Hall perfect for those corporate conferences, lunches and dinners.

 

The Regency Hall can accommodate up to 200 guests in a theatre style arrangement of seating, up to 65 guests in a U-shaped arrangement, up to 50 guests in a Boardroom, and up to 80 in a Classroom style seating arrangement. For cocktails and receptions we can accommodate up to 500 guests and if combined with our patio and poolside we can accommodate up to 1000 guests.

 

The Ebony Hall can accommodate up to 40 guests in a theatre style, 20 in a U-shaped seating arrangement, 20 in a Boardroom and up to 20 in Classroom style arrangement.

Facilities available with our banqueting conference venues are Direct Projector, VCR with colour monitor, Overhead Projector, Collar Mikes, Tripod Screen, PA System, Cassette Deck, CD System, Laser Disc, Carousel Slide Projector and Complimentary Flip Charts, Pads, Pens and Pencils etc.

We are expanding our banqueting facilities in the year 2003, with further venues under construction we have planned to have up to 4 banquet halls up to a capacity of 1000 sq mts. with pre function area. These halls will have up to 500 sq mts. of column free space. The new banqueting area will have separate access thus making it a Convention Centre if required. These halls will be equipped with all the latest lighting, audio visual facilities etc.
