Requirement:

Original machine-readable passport valid for minimum 7 months, with at least two pages available for visa.
Original NADRA ID card.
4 Passport size photographs with LIGHT BLUE background.
Form B of Infant / Child as the case may be.
Vaccination certificates.(Polio certificate for infant/child)
Affidavit for Mehram, if required.
Any other document required by Saudi Consulate like Nikah Nama / proof of relation etc.

Terms and Condition:

50% Advance payment with each passport.
Remaining amount to be paid at the time of delivery of passport.
Cancellation will be charged at PKR 10,000.00 per person, per child as the case may be.
Package includes transport from JED-MAK-MED-MAK-JED on sharing basis.
No direct return from Madinah to Jeddah.
Travel will be strictly as per package, no change allowed.
Individual travel is not allowed, min 4 pax required per flight otherwise taxi charges (SR 260 per taxi) would be levied for airport pick up, in addition to the package price.
Infant & CHD 02 to 05 will neither have a seat on the transport nor a separate bed in hotel (Age restrictions must be followed-even if over by one day, full adult rate will be charged).
Infant below 2 years totally free.
Ziarat not included in above price. Extra 600/-PKR per person for both ziarat ( MAK & MED )
Claims of services not provided as per commitment must be reported within 7 days of arrival in writing, which is duly signed by company representative in KSA.
No claims will be entertained after 7 days of arrival from KSA.
Package must be according to the confirmed flight reservations.
Arrival information must be provided at least 24hrs before flight departure. Any person arriving without information will be charged at SR 300 per person in addition to the taxi charges.
Self-Accommodation Not Allowed.
